It all started in 1830 in Glasgow. Stricken with a mysterious illness and lying near death, little Margaret MacDonald spoke her greatest revelations. It seems that before Christ would come again, and before He could reign for 1000 years in the Millenium, there would be a Time of Tribulation. But some of the righteous would be spared the Tribulation, and caught up to heaven to meet Christ in the air. Then the rest of the mortals, after their trials, would go up to the Lord later, if they were tried and not found wanting.

(Matthew 25:13) Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh... (Thessalonians 4:16-18) For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
